The Cecil County Fair has always been one of my favorite childhood events, from the midway and fair food to showing 4-H sheep and cheering at the demolition derby. While I will not be showing sheep this year, I am excited to announce that Team Berge will have a car in this year’s Demolition Derby on Saturday, July 26 at 8:00 PM at Fair Hill Fairgrounds.
One of my campaign team members, a seasoned derby veteran, will be behind the wheel of Car 35B, representing our campaign. Just like in politics, I believe in rolling up my sleeves and standing strong for what matters to our community. The demolition derby shows the same resilience and determination I see in Cecil County every day. Join us for an evening of excitement, community spirit, and great fair food.
Whether you are there for the thrills or to cheer on Team Berge, it will be an unforgettable night celebrating one of Cecil County’s most beloved traditions. I will be trackside meeting neighbors and cheering on our driver. Come say hello!
