I attended the Cecil County Chamber Legacy Breakfast, where community members gathered to honor Dr. Carl Roberts, Ed.D. for his years of leadership and service to our county. The breakfast highlighted his lasting impact on education and community development, as well as the respect and admiration he has earned throughout Cecil County.
It was inspiring to hear reflections on Dr. Roberts’ career and to see so many people come together to celebrate his legacy. His dedication is a reminder of how strong leadership and a commitment to service can shape lives and strengthen a community.
