On July 22, I attended a Stop the Bleed training, a program created to empower everyday citizens to save lives in emergencies. Hosted through the University of Maryland Medical System, this training teaches practical skills for controlling bleeding until first responders arrive.
As a candidate for Delegate, I believe public safety is more than policy. It is about making sure our communities have the knowledge and resources to act when it matters most. From our first responders to our neighbors at the ball field or in the farm field, everyone benefits when we are prepared. Programs like Stop the Bleed highlight how we can work together to keep Cecil County safer and stronger. I will continue supporting initiatives that give our residents the tools and training they need to protect one another.
